Had a little thing come up with my order, but they got back to me quick. Everyone was super friendly and they sorted it out without making it into some whole big hassle.

I had a really easy time using the site, the menu made sense right away, and I didn’t feel like I was digging around forever just to find what I needed.
Checkout was quick too, and everything loaded smoothly on my phone. The product pages had just enough info without feeling overwhelming, so overall it was a hassle-free shopping experience

"Decent shirt, but I’m a little less confident now"
The shirt feels solid and it’s still held up well after a few washes, so I’ll give it that. I was happy at first, but I’m also starting to feel a bit less sure about the brand overall, so I’m not as quick to fully trust it like I was before

"Shipping took longer than I hoped"
I ordered from theshopforward.com, and while the items themselves were totally fine, the shipping felt slower than I expected. The tracking barely updated for a few days, i was already feeling mentally drained, so not knowing what was going on made it more frustrating than it probably needed to be.

Everything did show up eventually, and the package was packed fine with no issues there. It wasn’t a terrible experience, just a bit slow and kind of tiring to deal with. I’d probably order again, but only if I’m not in a rush...

"Not the best first impression"
I ordered a couple of shirts from theshopforward.com, and while the package showed up in a normal amount of time, my first impression wasn’t great. Most of the order was right, so I’ll give them that, but I was expecting things to be a little more buttoned up.

One of the shirts came in the wrong size, which was frustrating because it was supposed to be a gift. The receipt even had the correct size listed, so I have no idea how it got mixed up, but it definitely made the whole order feel a little careless.
Customer service did respond eventually, but it took longer than I would’ve liked. It wasn’t a disaster or anything, but for a first order, it left me feeling underwhelmed. They really need to do a better job double-checking what they send out.

The prices seemed reasonable compared to a lot of other sites I checked. I didn’t get that annoying feeling like I was being taken advantage of, which I really appreciate because some places online have no problem overcharging people.
For what I received, the value felt solid. The quality matched what I paid, and that’s really all I ask for. It felt like a fair deal, and I’d be comfortable ordering again.
